If you have traffic tickets, call this man!

10/10! I would highly recommend using this service if found in an unfortunate situation with traffic violations. The attorney promptly achieved a very favorable outcome for me and I would absolutely use him again. (Hopefully I don't have to!)

HAPPY

I recently hired Thomas Carroll Blauvelt, LLC., to assist me with a traffic violation and I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did representing me in court. They were incredibly professional, courteous from the beginning to the end. The full staff where very sympathetic to my situatio...n and I don't know how it could have went better. They explored every possible avenue in maximizing the settlement of the case and arranged everything so conveniently that I had no worries about the process whatsoever. I suggest that anyone in a similar situation or that needs representation get in touch with Thomas Carroll Blauvelt, Esq. Speeding Ticket- NJ Turnpike - Elizabeth

I was pulled over doing 90 in a 55 on NJ Turnpike. The cop apparently monitored my speed with pace rather than a radar. With a pending 5 pt ticket this prompted me to hire a lawyer. I did my research and Mr. Blauvelt was honestly the best option. Mind you this is the first time I actually hired a l...awyer for a speeding ticket. I provided him with all the requested information and then he took care of the rest. I asked him what he would be able to do for me and he said his goal is to make sure I get no points or get the charge reduced. I had to attend court in New Brunswick the same day and he said it would be fine and that he would take care of the matter. While I am in court in NB for another traffic related incident I see other lawyers trying to get their clients tickets reduced. An example was 4pt 80MPH ticket in a 50MPH zone. Their lawyer got it reduced to 2pts. I was thinking great I am going to get pts for my 5pt speeding ticket on the turnpike. As I leave court and turn my phone on I get an email from Mr. Blauvelt stating the following: "All Done. Unsafe Driving. 0 Points". Now this is a lawyer who I never met face to face and just interacted with through email and by phone with his assistant. Very great service and will definitely be recommending him to anyone that needs a lawyer for any traffic matters in either New Brunswick, Middlesex County, or anywhere near the Turnpike exits. This guy is awesome. 0 POINTS!!!

Absolutely phenomenal

Just want to say this lawyer is amazing. If you are looking for a great, reliable lawyer who will get the job done then look no further. Just want to start off by saying when I first was on my search to hiring a lawyer I had emailed a few because I had no clue where to start, my husbands case was a c...omplicated one from 10 years ago suspended license and within 5 minutes of emailing Mr Thomas he responded. He was so detailed and prompt in his replies that I immediately thought wow. The same day we received the contract and when we saw the fees, again, wow. I thought how can it be so less, his fees are extremely affordable compared to any lawyer I spoke to and I was a little hesitant. Throughout the next few weeks I had no doubt that I had made the best decision, Mr Thomas followed up with every email and phone call promptly and he was absolutely amazing. Yesterday was our court date and he worked his magic and everything was dismissed to a mere fine. Our outcome would have been a lot worse if we did not hire him, that is for sure. All my hesitations went out the window, he is absolutely the best. Just put complete trust in him and let him work his magic. He truly is worth triple of what he charges. Anytime we have any legal issues we will definitely be going to him without a doubt. He is the best lawyer in all of NJ.

You're in good hands with this capable and knowledgeable attorney!

After calling several attorney to take care of a handful of traffic tickets that were several years old and only being disappointed by their inconsistencies in information and sales-like approach, I found Thomas Carroll Blauvelt. He didn't do the condescending lawyer thing which seems to be only t...oo common. He spoke to me professionally, and most importantly, he listened. His approach was to deal with it in the best way, but he made sure to explain everything he wanted to do and all the steps involved. He followed up with a phone-call to let me know how things went at court and always recapped the remaining steps. The results: Attorney Blauvelt got the tickets and associated warrants completely taken care of and he did so for a fraction of the cost and in a shorter time-frame than all of the other attorneys I had called. Where the other attorneys attempted to worry me into hiring them by making my situation sound insurmountable, Mr. Blauvelt put me at ease and assured me he had everything under control. Hiring an attorney can be a difficult and worrisome process. You always want to know that you're not throwing your money away and when you are spending, that you have an attorney who will fight for you. Just allow him to do what he does. We all want an attorney who knows the law and will also communicate with us in a clear and friendly way. With this attorney, you get the whole package.
