Thomas Blauvelt is a fantastic lawyer

I was previously charged with a DWI and with my breathalyzer results I was going to receive 12 months of license suspension along with the hassle of installing an expensive breathalyzer engine initiator into my car. However, after I was recommended to call Mr. Blauvelt and hire him as my lawyer, I t...ook the advice. Tom handled my case exceptionally well and found a way to reduce my suspension to only 3 months and extinguish the necessity of the engine breathalyzer initiator. The fines were unavoidable, but I highly recommend hiring Thomas Blauvelt as a lawyer, he is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and remarkable. Thank you again Tom.

DUI DISMISSED

I was charged with a DUI by NJ State Troopers. I was facing 7 months of license suspension minimum and very expensive fines. Mr. Thomas Carroll was able to go to every court hearing with out any problems. Yesterday was the 6th or 7th time I had to go to court, which resulted in a DISMISSAL because Mr.... Thomas Carroll kept fighting. I highly recommend!! Very straight forward from beginning to end!!

Outstanding Representation provided in my defense of a recent D.U.I.

Thomas C. Blauvelt handled my DUI case with the highest degree of professionalism. Thomas understood the severity of my case and immediately requested a meeting to make me aware of the severity of the charges and the consequences for me. Thomas had a clear understanding of all of the laws pertainin...g to the matter and immediately noticed discrepancies in the machines that tested me for the DUI and the time required of 20 minutes monitored before and between tests that was required by law. Due to this the tests were thrown out of the case and my sentence was reduced to a minimum DUI by observation of 90 days and a reduced fine only. If it was not for Thomas Blauvelt I would have recieved 7 months loss of license and a mandatory ignition lock after I had my license restored and higher fines with the possibility of community service.

Carless Driving Ticket Dismissed

I recieved a ticket for carless driving. This is the end of the world when your a truck driver. Thomas knew it so he went the extra mile to defend me. He took the ticket all the way. The officer was ordered to show up and never showed. I had enough cofidence in Thomas that if the officer did sho...w, I would be in good hands. Ticket dismissed. Career saved.

Knowledgeable attorney handled my matter expeditiously

I had contacted the attorney in December 2018. The office handled the matter effectively. They kept me informed via email and handled what needed to be done with out me contacting them.
