Great Lawyer

I was arrested on Shoplifting Case, I found Mr. Blauvelt very professional and responsible. He handled my case very professionally and got my Case Dismissed on the first day of the court. I would strongly recommend him to everyone for all the Shoplifting Cases.

The Best Attorney Available

I write this letter of recommendation with great excitement. To say that I am happy about the legal services that I received from Attorney Thomas Blauvelt would be an understatement. My situation was that I had received two tickets (Speeding for 90 in a 50, and Reckless Driving). These two tic...kets combined meant that I was facing severe consequences if convicted for the offenses. This could have resulted in 10 points and a suspension of my license. Attorney Blauvelt handled my case with the utmost care and professionalism and was able to get the prosecution and judge to agree to no points and no suspension of license. I never imagined that I would walk out of municipal court that day with 0 points. The situation had me very stressed out, but working with Attorney Thomas Blauvelt eased my concerns. It should be noted that my past driving record was not spotless. I had picked up several tickets over the years. Attorney Thomas Blauvelt understood this and positioned this well in court. In court I did not have to say anything, Attorney Blauvelt responded to both the prosecution and the judge's questions. He handled this with tact and framing me in the best light, which was truly professional and helped illustrate the human side of this infraction. I have worked with other attorneys in the past and none of them can hold a candle to Attorney Thomas Blauvelt. He is top notch in the profession and anyone who hires him is lucky to be represented by him. The judge commented that I was very lucky that night and that what my lawyer did for me was remarkable and should be commended for such strong representation. The bottom line is I was facing 10 points and a possible license suspension and I walked away from court with 0 points and a minor fine. I cannot thank the law offices of Attorney Thomas Blauvelt enough and I give my highest possible recommendation of his services. THANK YOU ATTORNEY THOMAS BLAUVELT!!!!!!!

Hillsborough DUI

Mr. Blauvelt was great in every respect. He stuck with me from the start, kept me informed of everything going on and also what my options were at each turn. He helped me make an informed decision as to my best course of action. He stuck with me from our first pre-trial meeting with the prosecutor... all the way to an actual trial. He worked to get me the best outcome possible under the specific circumstances. In the future, should I need an attorney again, I will have no reason to contact anyone else but him. I couldn't be happier with his services.

Highly recommended

I received a reckless driving ticket. As many folks would do, I conducted an online search for a lawyer who would help me address this issue. I came across this website and was impressed with the reviews that Mr. Blauvelt had received. I was however skeptical at first with all the positive reviews. A...fter speaking with a few lawyers over the phone, I found Mr. Blauvelt to be most responsive and with reasonable fees. During my initial consultation, Mr. Blauvelt answered all my questions and eased my anxiety and I was convinced that he would be able to help me with my case. I found Mr. Blauvelt to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional. The most impressive part was that I was able to get his responses to any questions that I had over email, usually within an hour or two and get a personal appointment with him within a short time frame. At the court again I found Mr. Blauvelt to be knowledgeable and well connected and he was able to help me get a reduced plea bargain. I highly recommend Mr. Blauvelt.

Preventing suspension of our daughter's driver's license

The proposed suspension arose out of a guilty plea to illegal possession of another person's license in New York State. Tom was an excellent strategist, advising us of the steps we needed both with respect to the New York judgment and otherwise to have the proposed suspension dismissed without a hea...ring. He also made sure that the information supporting the dismissal was promptly brought to the attention of the State of New Jersy. His was very responsiveto our calls, and his fees were quite reasonable.
