Thank you Mr. Blauvelt - follow up on a traffic ticket

Mr. Blauvelt helped me with a serious traffic ticket more than 5 years ago. At that time when I sought his legal representation, he put my fears to ease, was extremely patient with my questions, gave sound legal advise and was able to achieve a successful outcome. Five years down, I recently reached ...out to his office again regarding a question I had about answering a question on a job application that pertained to a background check. I was facing a tight deadline and really needed a fast response. I called his office over the phone and talked to his administrative assistant who was very friendly and courteous. She noted my question and concern, asked me to send an email with the relevant paperwork and promised to print those out for Mr. Blauvelt to review as soon as he got back to his office. She also asked me to email Mr. Blauvelt directly, in parallel. Further more, she commented that since Mr. Blauvelt had represented me in the past (even though it was more than 5 years ago!!!) on the same case, there would be no fees for my question. Sure enough, within a few hours I get a response from Mr. Blauvelt himself with his advise, which I followed, and was able to get the job!! I cannot thank Mr. Blauvelt enough. It is rare for an attorney of his stature to be so responsive to his client's requests

Good Lawyer, Great Human Being.

After getting myself into a bad situation, I consulted with Mr. Blauvelt immediately after reading all the great reviews about him. He was honest and straightforward, and his demeanor helped me relax a bit. I had a DUI and refusal charge to fight and to make a long story short, we both came to the co...nclusion that it would be in my best interest to plead guilty to the DUI and take the shorter suspension and without the interlock, as opposed to taking the refusal charge with a much longer suspension and having to get that awful interlock device installed in my car. Although it stinks to have a DUI on my driving record forever, I guess it could've been a lot worse and I feel like I made the right decision considering the circumstances. And it couldn't have been done without the help of Mr. Blauvelt and his experience with these types of matters. He answered all of my phone calls and the questions that followed and was there every step of the way. It also didn't hurt that he's a New York Giants fan. If you ever find yourself in a sticky DUI/refusal situation, or any traffic violation matter, see Mr. Blauvelt. You won't regret it.

Excellent Experience!

Mr. Blauvelt helped me significantly in a time of need. This fall, I received 7 moving violations resulting in a total of 22 points. Since I have a driving based job, losing my license would have been detrimental to me. Even with a stricter, new judge, Mr. Blauvelt was able to reduce this to 2 lesser... tickets worth 4 points. The judge even made a point to the court that Mr. Blauvelt really had to "go to bat for me" with the prosecutor. Throughout my entire experience with Mr. Blauvelt, he was extremely thorough, insightful, and honest in his approach. He didn't promise me the world. Speeding 91mph in a 65 mph zone on the NJ Turnpike

I have read countless testimonials from various satisfied clients that were represented by Thomas Blauvelt. When I called he explained everything in detail what would happen and how we can try to get the ticket reduced. He maintained his patience, after I asked numerous questions. His professional...ism and knowledge about the situation made me feel confident that we needed to retain Mr. Blauvelts' services. After retaining him, there was a little of uncertainty when communication by Mr. Blauvelt was through email, but when calling his office, the staff was very cooperative and were there to address any concerns we may have had. The first court date, the ticket was reduce to no points and pay a fine. The second court date, after discoveries, the ticket was dismissed. Mr. Blauvelts ability to achieve an outstanding outcome shows his dedication to stand by and help his clients through a stressful ordeal. DWI Case

I got DWI and 2 other tickets on NJ Turnpike and after consulting couple of lawyers over the phone, I have chose to take services from Mr. Thomas Carroll Blauvelt and I am so glad now that I made the right choice and right decision. Mr, Thomas is very professional and very kind to explain the details... in very granular level to me. He is very deep into this subject and he knows how to deal with such cases with high level of success rate. He always studies the case in so detail and provides to the point information to client which helped me out in understanding the case and situation. He is the best in this dwi/dui matters and the charges are really very affordable compared to other lawyers in the city. I have to appear in court few times while Mr. Thomas was trying to negotiate the case with prosecutor and he sensed that we need expert to look into my case and he advised me to do so and we consulted the expert who provided insight into the case which made us win the case in the court. Now, I don't have any DWI in my history and I have been only charged for other tickets and it was great deal offered to me and I am glad that I accepted and we won the case in court. Friends, I would definitely suggest Mr. Thomas for his services for DWI/DUI case and I am sure that you will never repent after taking his services.
