Was able to dismiss 3/4 of my traffic tickets including a DWI!

I was charged with 4 traffic tickets including a DWI. After consulting with Tom and explaining my situation to him, he instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured me that as long as I was telling the truth to him that he could have many of my charges dismissed. He knew the prosecutor of the town...ship by name and was able to answer any questions I had right away. His response time to emails were incredible and you can expect to hear back from him in a very timely manner. In the end, Tom was able to have 3 of my 4 tickets dismissed including the DWI and I was only charged with a single traffic offense. Tom is the go-to lawyer for any DUI, DWI, speeding or traffic ticket. His rates are very affordable, there are no surprise fees and his team is very quick and very good at communicating with you. I would highly recommend Tom for any case.

Go with Mr. Blauvelt

I hired Mr. Blauvelt for a recent court matter and have to say I’m more than pleased with that decision. He was kind, companionate and answered any and all questions I had. Having to deal with a criminal matter for a loved one is really hard and stressful. Mr. Blauvelt and his office were always ther...e to answer any questions and give me peace of mind. I was also able to see how much hard work went into fighting the case. Although I hope we won’t have to seek Mr.Blauvelt for any future legal matters; in the instance that we have to I know who to call. Mr Blauvelt is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was very upfront and realistic regarding the possible outcomes of my case. Hit and run and others

I should thank Thomas and team n number of times for their help. I was not aware of the law to wait until the cop arrives to report the incident. I left from the place where I accidentally touched another car and ended up receiving 5 summons resulting in 8 points. While searching for the best lawy...ers in NJ to fight driving tickets I found attorney Thomas Carroll and felt confident enough to approach their team. They are so warm, made me comfortable and responded and heard to my end. As said, they rightly pointed out the issues reported on my case which was otherwise reported wrongly may be due to my communication. 3 tickets got dismissed and paid fine for 2 and ended up with 2 points on record which can be removed with defensive driving course.
