Was able to dismiss 3/4 of my traffic tickets including a DWI!

I was charged with 4 traffic tickets including a DWI. After consulting with Tom and explaining my situation to him, he instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured me that as long as I was telling the truth to him that he could have many of my charges dismissed. He knew the prosecutor of the town...ship by name and was able to answer any questions I had right away. His response time to emails were incredible and you can expect to hear back from him in a very timely manner. In the end, Tom was able to have 3 of my 4 tickets dismissed including the DWI and I was only charged with a single traffic offense. Tom is the go-to lawyer for any DUI, DWI, speeding or traffic ticket. His rates are very affordable, there are no surprise fees and his team is very quick and very good at communicating with you. I would highly recommend Tom for any case.

Tough case resolved by mr Thomas (Tom ) My best experience ever with an attorney

Wow I’m so amazed with the work of mr Thomas (Tom) I search him up on Google and i do not regret picking him as my attorney I had such a huge headache with this case of mines before reaching out to him I had 6 tickets Dui, reckless driving , careless driving , unsafe lane change , failure to give p...roper signal , and Disregard stop sign after speaking with Tom I felt so much better and my hopes went up right away he made me feel confident that I was going to be ok very nice Person and very responsible when you reach out to him He makes sure he gets back to you finally the outcome of my case was that I had to pay the smallest fine which I was found guilty for the disregard stop sign and Tom was able to fight to have all the other 5 Dismissed I rate him a 5 star and highly recommend him to anybody in my family friends and out of my inner circle ( wonderful experience)

Dispositions Results Better Than Expected

2 Tickets - Reckless Driving and Speeding over 35 in 65. This was supposed to result in multiple points and suspension of driving privileges. Thank you Mr. Blauvelt for getting one ticket dismissed and the other downgraded without any suspension Moreover, Thanks to Nicole for prompt and smooth fol...low-ups.

2 DUI charges

I was already convicted on my first DUI charge when I met this lawyer. I had a second DUI charge when I met him. I hired him because of the reviews here. As the second case was going on, I got another DUI case. So this would be my third DUI offense if convicted of both. Long story short , one of the ...cases was drop due to insufficient evidence and the other o received a wreck less driving charge with 3 month lincese suspension. I mean this was the best case scenario. I didn’t do any jail time. This lawyer is excellent and I highly recommend. I did spent a lot of money but I don’t regret anything with the outcome of this lawyer. Sometimes spending the money when you already messed up is the only outcome to bad decisions

Saved life on a tough DUI Case

Saving my life may sound drastic, but you never know how a DUI will impact the rest of your life. However with Tom, a completely CLEAN record from a serious and easy case for the state. After getting stuck in a very tough case of a DUI and numerous other violations, I was distraught about finding the... right lawyer, the perfect lawyer. The case was honestly open and shut for the state in my eyes with the state having blood evidence and a confession. Mr. Blauvelt was the most personable, delicate, and professional lawyer I felt, out of the many I had already consulted with. I asked him to take the case to trial after i was offered a plea deal which would still give me a DUI, and the entire thing took a grueling year of him doing a tremendous amount of work and dedicating his time and energy at no extra cost than the prefixed rate. At the end of it, he was able to get the entire case dismissed, resulting in an absolutely clean record. It was not something I expected at all, having been offered a plea deal even by the prosecutor I was ready to take, but something he delivered.
