Best lawyer in New Jersey

I've had multiple traffic violation cases throughout New Jersey (my doing and responsibility), including driving while suspended, third offense, which would have resulted in my incarceration if it wasn't for the great work of Mr. Blauvelt. Thomas have made the impossible happen, and thanks to him, I ...avoided the harsh punishments of NJ judicial system. I'm a much more responsible person now, and definitely know that I will avoid getting into trouble. Thomas have handled my cases with professionalism and ease, years in the field, knowledge and experience showing. I am highly recommending this individual to those in trouble, he will help you! Stay out of trouble, but if you are experiencing one, call Thomas C. Blauvelt.

HIGHLY RECOMMENEDED!

I had received 4 tickets (which included speeding and a suspended license charge) which would of been a disaster if I took care of on my own and probably with another attorney. Mr. Blauvelt did an amazing job on getting them reduced and dismissed. I may have to spend some money on fees but in the lon...g run it is and was worth it to hire Mr. Blauvelt. He is extremely professional but with an added sensitivity, which most attorneys lack. His assistant, Rusheena, was extremely kind and very attentive as well. I not only recommend him highly, but if ever needed (hopefully not lol) would hire in a second.

Great experience, highly recommend!

I was so fortunate to find Tom. I had a series of bizarre events that led my insurance to lapse, and was ultimately pulled over and ticketed. It was how I found out about the lapse! Once I realized I couldn't take this on by myself, I did a lot of research, spoke to a lot of attorneys. I chose To...m and am so glad that I did. I was faced with losing my license for a year, points on my record, and large fines. Tom was forthright, knowledgeable, clear, and above all, very kind. He not only kept me calm and organized for my court date, but the results I got were even better than I hoped: my tickets were reduced to $0, no points on my license, and I paid nothing but court costs. I could not recommend him any higher.

Excellent Experience

Working with Mr. Blauvelt was an great experience. In addition to being very knowledgeable of the law, he is very responsive and trustworthy. While working with him I could feel comfortable going about my day confident that he is performing the necessary due diligence to resolve my case with the best... possible outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Blauvelt.

motor vehicle violation

my attorney was very professional and worked very hard on my case which had several unusual and complicated circumstances.His knowledge of the law kept me from having to suffer the most severe fines and penalties regarding my driver's license.His representation of my case was greatly appreciated.
