Great guy, great lawyer

I'm very glad I went with Tom for my DUI case. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure with work with. He got my license suspension reduced from 7 months to 90 days, and had my refusal to submit to breathalyzer charge thrown out (a more severe charge than DUI itself). His pleasant and calm demeano...r helped reduce anxieties during a pretty nerve-wracking ordeal. Would recommend!

Exceptional Experience

I received, in my opinion, an unwarranted ticket from a car accident that I was involved in back in August in NJ. I am from NYC. The guy who hit me was drunk, and he was charged with a DUI, so when I received a ticket for improper turn, I both confused and furious. After reading reviews for Tom and ...his team, I was skeptical because I was sure that a judge would be biased against a NY’er in dismissing this ticket. I retained him, and I am so glad that I did. Both he and his team answer emails almost immediately. They really put the interests of their clients first. They explain every question/concern thoroughly. I have never met them in person, but I would DEFINITELY deal with Tom and his team again, should the need arise. Tom is compassionate and very fair in his pricing. I am forever grateful to Tom and his team for clearing this up ticket up for me. Thanks a million!

Great attorney

Expungement

As a young adult, I was charged with DWI and possession of a controlled substance. With a lawyer, the charges were reduced, but I still had a record somewhere out there. Later in life, having become a professional, advancing my career through interviews, background checks, and security clearances, ...I often had a nagging anxiety that these charges would resurface and disqualify me. I contacted the Law Offices of Thomas Carroll Blauvelt, explained my anxiety, and asked -- what could be done? Mr. Blauvelt took the matter from there, and in a short time had my records expunged.
