The Best

I dont even know where to start. The staff is amazing the lawyers are amazing. I paid for them to assist with two issues that I had that ended up turning into 4 or 5 issues. They helped me clear them all. I had over 4 driving while suspended charges that I wasnt aware of from over 10 years ago and ev...ery last ticket was dropped. I had fines but Id rather that than it going on my record. I will never use anyone else. It was a great experience.

Excellent Lawyer

I was pulled over in New Jersey with like 5 hours until new years. I was speeding I was going 101 in a 65 miles an hour zone. So yes it didn't take long for the state trooper to see my red car and pull me over. I though to my self what a way to bring in the new years. The state trooper gave me a spee...ding ticket and a reckless driving ticket and said that I had to appear in court. I am an out of state driver and going back to New Jersey was out of the question since I work alot. I wasted no time and looked up an attorney for NJ. Attorney Thomas Blauvelt was the first attorney that popped up. I looked at his rating and though could this be real? How could someone have such high rating and help people the way there were describing it in there reviews? So there was only one way to find out I though to myself lets give Attorney Thomas a call. That's what I did I called him and he took my case. Best move you can make by far. He took my case at an affordable price and he was able to get my moving violations dropped with out me having to step one foot into the courtroom. At the end I just had to pay a small fine which I am happy about because I was looking at jail time plus over $1,200 in fines. He took care of all that him and his staff are very professional and handled my case with care. If your pulled over in NJ and in a hard spot and don't know what to do. DON"T WASTE TIME call Attorney Thomas today he will help you with your case and if your an out of state driver like me this was a lifesaver as I didn't have to take off or anything. Thanks so much Attorney Thomas for your help you are the best hands down.

traffic tickets

Thank you so much for representing my wife to dismiss and downgrade her two traffic tickets (7 points) into a single no-point traffic ticket. The result was so much better that we had expected. Mr. Blauvelt even stuck around after we paid the fine to make sure the code on the receipt is for the no-po...int offense, that's so nice, thorough, and professional. Again, we sincerely thank Mr. Blauvelt and his entire legal team for such an excellent work!!!! I will definitely recommend Mr. Blauvelt to anyone who needs the best traffic ticket lawyer!!

Fantastic attorney

I'm an out of state driver and I was charged with DUI, refusal, delaying traffic and disobey traffic control device. Tom took care of everything and I had all the charges dismissed except for the refusal ( I took his advice and plead guilty to that). It took a few appearances but everything worked o...ut in the end. Thanks Tom!

Honest, excellent and knowledgeable lawyer

I got into an accident while driving months ago. I was not feeling well that day and as I approached the intersection I felt light headed and everything went black. I just felt a strong impact and realized that I beat the red light and a vehicle hit me. What makes things worse is that, I was using a...n international drivers permit which the police officer did not acknowledge. After the accident I received a summon letter stating that I have two violations; reckless driving and driving without license. For a tourist like me, it was nerve wracking. I cannot imagine myself appearing in court in a country other than my own. I searched the web and found Atty. Blauvelt and read all the reviews. I immediately went to his office and hired him. This morning everything went right in court he talked to the prosecutor and got the result that he predicted. I just paid 348 dollars to court which left my record spotless. Thanks to Atty. Blauvelt my immigration status was not drag in court.
