Quick and Direct with positive results

As any other person will do after getting slapped with 5 moving violations, I simply googled lawyers that could help. I found Mr. Blauvelt on a website and searched for his reviews on almost every other lawyer website they were. They were all good ratings. I contacted him on a sunday afternoon expect...ing to leave a voice message, surprisingly i got an answer. Talk about 24/7 service. In less than 2 Hours i had sent him copies of the tickets and he told what he could do along with the charges. This is a gentleman with experience and know directly what your chances are. I went from 22 points, possible suspended privileges to drive in New Jersey and over $1700.00 in just fines to having only 4 points 4 tickets dropped and a $500 fine. If this lawyer isn't heaven sent I don't know who is. He got the work done quickly and for a good price.

Spotswood, facing 6pts.

In my almost 50 years of driving these were my first four [4] traffic violations. I was facing six points on my license at the Spotswood Municipal Court. It was a very nervous and scary situation for me. Mr. Blauvelt's office helped me through the entire process. They helped to put my nerves at e...ase. The attorney was on time and answered all my questions. I received 0 points, which I was extremely happy about. I would recommend his office to anyone facing traffic violations.

I highly recommend Tom.

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt and his team had a very professional approach through out my dealing with them. Tom helped me resolve the seeding ticket, failing to change the liscence to NJ from NY and unclear liscence plates with 4 points.

Grteat Job!!!

I was charge with reckless driving and improper turn in a car accident on New Jersey Turnpike. I was looking for an attorney and I saw Thomas Carroll review online and decide to give him a call. I meet with his partner attorney Agua Etuk twice in Elizabeth court after they reschedule the court date... he request to have the case dismiss judge dint want to make a decision that date to the reschedule a third court date in which I meet with their other attorney Nicole Thessen after the third court appearance the judge dismiss the case I could not ask for a better result. I want to thank attorney Etuk and Thessen for all your help and for such a great job.

The best lawyer you can have for your case in NY-NJ, regardless of location

I had a very positive experience where my DUI charge was reduced to a careless driving ticket. I would like to affirm all the great reviews and add some details from my specific case. I hired Thomas based on the great reputation he has in the industry but my one concern was that the court was over ...an hour drive from his office. I was concerned that he would not have a relationship with the town's court staff when compared to a local lawyer. As it turned out he knew both the judge and the prosecutor from previous cases. This together with the expert's findings helped to get the case downgraded to a much lower charge. The point made here is this, regardless of where your case is in the NY-NJ area, if Mr. Thomas Carroll Blauvelt is willing to take your case, you should not hesitate and hire him to represent your case.
