Thomas saw the solution to a very complicated situation from minute one

My son had gotten himself into a very bad situation. Through a variety of offenses, small and large, he was facing up to three years of a suspended license, thousands in fines and perhaps a small bit of jail time. The events that led to this occurred in more than five municipalities. So Thomas B...lauvelt, Esq. had to deal with those plus the MVC (on multiple occasions). It was a delicate process because he had to return to first return to a court and re-open a case that had been decided against my son; he had to make sure that the courts were heard in the proper order (i.e., he had to make sure that one of the courts reinstated my son's drivers license before going to the next hearing at another court - otherwise he wouldn't get the favorable decision we were looking for). What was/is remarkable is that Thomas saw the entire layout of what had to happen during my first call with him. He noted that an oversight had been made in the original case and that he was pretty sure he could get it overturned. After that occurred, he could then have a second court decision reversed because it had been decided the way it had been because of the results of the first court decision, etc., etc. It was a masterly vision of how to fix all of this and he saw all the steps that needed to be taken and in the proper order. Then, he simply executed what needed to be done; with each hearing or trial taking place in the order necessary and with the needed result (or better) in each one. It really was like a chess player who can see 5, 10, 20 moves ahead and it was really amazing to watch. We've had the need to use his services several times since we first retained Thomas and each time we have received courteous, intelligent, professional and effective guidance - with positive results every time. There is simply no other way to say this, if you are need of legal advise, counseling or representation in the states of New Jersey or New York you cannot find a more professional and effective attorney than Thomas Blauvelt, Esq.

Highly recommended

I received a reckless driving ticket. As many folks would do, I conducted an online search for a lawyer who would help me address this issue. I came across this website and was impressed with the reviews that Mr. Blauvelt had received. I was however skeptical at first with all the positive reviews. A...fter speaking with a few lawyers over the phone, I found Mr. Blauvelt to be most responsive and with reasonable fees. During my initial consultation, Mr. Blauvelt answered all my questions and eased my anxiety and I was convinced that he would be able to help me with my case. I found Mr. Blauvelt to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional. The most impressive part was that I was able to get his responses to any questions that I had over email, usually within an hour or two and get a personal appointment with him within a short time frame. At the court again I found Mr. Blauvelt to be knowledgeable and well connected and he was able to help me get a reduced plea bargain. I highly recommend Mr. Blauvelt.

Thomas Blauvelt is a fantastic lawyer

I was previously charged with a DWI and with my breathalyzer results I was going to receive 12 months of license suspension along with the hassle of installing an expensive breathalyzer engine initiator into my car. However, after I was recommended to call Mr. Blauvelt and hire him as my lawyer, I t...ook the advice. Tom handled my case exceptionally well and found a way to reduce my suspension to only 3 months and extinguish the necessity of the engine breathalyzer initiator. The fines were unavoidable, but I highly recommend hiring Thomas Blauvelt as a lawyer, he is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and remarkable. Thank you again Tom.

Great lawyer

As a former prosecutor, I went against Tom many times and he was one of my toughest adversaries. He is one of the smartest and hardest working criminal defense lawyers in the area.

Sensational attourney

Mr. Blauvelt hit a grand slam for me!Facing at least a year loss of my lisences and countless fines and restrictions he found an opening in my case and saved me. This is no publicity stunt he's the real deal! If you need someone in Middlesex he's your man.Very Knowledgeable of the law. In my case a D...WI. I recieved the minimum fines, the minimum loss of my liscenses,all because of this man.Trufthfully I thought I had no chance because the state had every thing on me. Breath analyzer,video footage,and outside witnesses , but he scutinized every detail and found inconsistencies and used them to my advantage. We made a deal and I thanked God the minute I walked out the door that I found Mr.Blauvelt.
