MOST DEFITNELY RECOMMENDED

I received a Dwi and reckless driving. I actually found Mr. Blauvelt off the reviews off this website, when looking up best dwi lawyers. Also after I had my phone consultation with him, I came away how knowledgeable on his DWI experience and he asked me questions and from that gave me a quick game pl...an of what he would do and why. He mad eme feel very confident ona good outcome. Case and point, Mr. Blauvelt got me cleared, and im very satisfied with his office, his service and courtesy and would deftnely use again whch I don't I don't have to lol. And would defitnely recommend him to others seekin help in this area. thank you

Amazing and helpful lawyer!

Thomas Blauvelt and his staff were absolutely wonderful! We are from out of state and received several traffic violations at one stop. They took care of everything, answered all my questions quickly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way! In the end, all violations were dismissed. I wou...ld recommend him to everyone. Knowledgeable and Honest

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt is one of the best lawyers I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I had gotten five ticket, one being a DUI, and thanks to his expertise all of the charges were dismissed. Can’t thank him enough for everything He did and all the time and effort He put into my c...ase. From the moment I hired him he quickly collected all the evidence and by the time I met up with him He knew everything about my case. His staff also did a great job following up with the court dates and sending me all the document prior to my court dates. You will not be disappointed.

Case dismissal!

I was really nervous about my case. I started calling around I knew I needed a lawyer. Tom called me back the same day and explained what could possibly happen and what he could try to do. I knew he was the guy after our talk. This was the most serious charge brought against me. Tom and his team kep...t me informed every step of the way and answered every question I had. When the court date finally came he got my case dismissed! And helped me get my charge explunged. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs a lawyer!

Results Exceeded Expectations

Through strict adherence to legal requirements and diligent assessment of discovery, Mr. Blauvelt and his team were very effective in securing a judgement far lesser than expected. Instead of 7-12 months suspension and 6-12 months of interlock, I was sentenced to 3 months suspension and no interlock.... Mr. Blauvelt's thorough knowledge and extensive experience with the proceedings allowed him to identify and exploit weaknesses in the prosecution's case. This is the second time I retained his services and was very satisfied both times. Please do not drink and drive, but if you do, call Mr. Blauvelt.
