Mr. Saadeh was very helpful in finding potential problems with the contract I was very willing to sign for a lease. He drafted a Rider within 3 days of receiving the contract, advising me of things to look out for when signing a contract. Mr. Saadeh was so great that I referred him to my parents when they were selling their home. There are few people I trust to take care of them, and he did not disappoint!
