Overbooks!

Rajeh accepted my retainer after a consultation. However, his firm was unable to deliver the draft of our response to the court until the late afternoon of the court deadline filing date. I was strung along for weeks that I will be able to read my court response to post-divorce matter soon, always so...on... As a result of their untimely work and need to rush to sign on my end, the response was submitted with a mistake-but it was too late. Also since their office location is a shared open work area, it was inconvenient to meet with any personnel as an appointment needed to be made well in advance so that the lawyer could travel in to use an office room to meet. Did they complete the task? You can say yes, however I would not recommend this firm.

This review is from an anonymous user who we cannot identify from the very vague and generic review. It appears that this user was not even primarily represented by Mr. Saadeh, and this user's claim that the office is in a "shared work area" is deliberately deceptive and false. Appointments are required in order to ensure that the attorney is in the office at the time that a client arrives as the attorney might be elsewhere, such as in a meeting or in court. This user is welcome to reach out to the firm directly to address any real issues that she or he may have. To all readers: please take note of the dozens of positive reviews left for the firm on numerous platforms by clients we actually and definitively represented.

Dragged on case longer.. excessive fees.. .unresponsive

Hired Mr.Rajeh firm for litigation with HOA matter, lack of response despite repeated calls and email. Its was mission to get an update or get in touch with attorrney. After 3 months of signing contract fees went up significantly in middle of litigation. (Without notice) Over billed : 2 lines emaile...d would cost 30mintus of fees. Associate attorney yelled at me when called to ask status on the case. Was nightmare to deal with . Instead of explaining charges which were disputed by me and paying about $20k they refused to pickup the phone to answer questions, they sue clients for excessive ,unreasonable fees on top. And dropped my case halfway right before scheduled hearing.

This anonymous user hired the firm to help him with a litigation matter brought against him by his HOA. The lawsuit started with the HOA filing an emergent application requesting that the court essentially shut down the user's business. The user hired us, and we were successful in having the court deny the HOA's request. After the emergent application and follow up, futile attempts by the HOA to shut down the business, the matter proceeded in the normal course of litigation, which can take over a year to resolve if a settlement isn't reached. In the early stages of the case, the user refused to pay his bill, and he refused to email us to identify which billing entries he disputes and why. Further, this user wanted us to bring frivolous requests against the HOA and its board members, which we are ethically prohibited from doing. Due to these circumstances, our representation of this user terminated, and he hired a new attorney to continue his matter. To date, this user has a balance owing to the firm, and collection efforts recently commenced, which is why this user now decided to defame the firm. Mr Raj did not deliver title, and refused services he was paid for

Mr Raj was hired for a realestate transaction, and I regret hiring him. Mr Raj failed to transfer the title of the property to me, nine months after closing I still did not have title. His office had authorized the disbursement of escrow funds without verifying that the paperwork is correct. His o...ffice was subsequently clueless that the title has not been transferred, and did not bother to follow up on the case. Once I notified his office that the title conveyance has not happened, his office did little to investigate or remedy the situation. I messaged his office for months after the closing, but could not get them to do anything useful. On the contrary, after about nine months later, he denied that he is responsible for the completion of the title transfer. He thus refused to complete the duties he was contractually obligated to, instead he abandoned his client. He then asked that I should pay him an exorbitant amount of consultancy fee for him to complete the tasks he had already been paid for, this was a shameless way to looking to turn his own failure into fresh business for himself. His advise was dishonest, and seemed to be geared towards making money for himself. A few attorneys I consulted about this situation, they all had the same opinions, which did not match what Mr Raj was advising. Luckily I was able to get the matter resolved by conducting my own investigations, and escalating to the appropriate state authorities who turned out to be helpful. I recommend not hiring Mr Raj.

Even though this user is anonymous, this user's complaints are untrue as we have never represented a buyer who closed on a real estate purchase but did not have title to the property. This user may be mistaking us for another lawyer or law firm. If this user is talking about the correct lawyer and law firm, then this user is mistaken. Not only that, but at the closing, this user likely purchased title insurance, which means that if the user actually does not have title, the title insurance company will cover the user's losses. The user is welcome to bring this issue to the attention of the title insurance company to either correct the user's perception or compensate the user for their losses. To all readers: please take note of the dozens of positive, accurate, and fair reviews left by users we have actually represented.

Great firm

Mr. Rajeh, Lindsay McKollip and Dana were more than great handling my divorce case. In the initial consultation, Mr. Rajeh made sure that I understand how things will go forward and what to expect. Lindsay was the one handling my case, she was professional yet friendly, she answered all my questio...ns (I ask alot), weekends, after hours, prompt reply to emails. She is very patient, knowledgeable and knows what is best for you. Dana is great, she was on top of everything when it comes to communication and documentation. What a wonderful team! Thank you all.
