Attorney Daniel Berger is excellent and trustworthy

Daniel Berger is an outstanding attorney. He was reasonable, he truly listened, and he worked with me every step of the way. He took on my fiancé’s case, Which involved serious allegations and was very close to the trial date. He still managed to sort everything out quickly and effectively. Danie...l made strong, well‑prepared arguments, negotiated a great plea deal, and always explained what was happening in a way I could understand. His pricing was fair, he accepted a down payment, and allowed me to pay the rest later, which helped tremendously during a stressful time. One thing that really sets him apart is his reliability. He answers his phone every time I reach out. That level of communication is rare. I would absolutely recommend Daniel Berger to anyone who needs a dedicated, trustworthy attorney, and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Excellent Service

Amazing and professional work, I went into court very nervous thinking I was going to have my drivers license suspended and having excessive points being put on my drivers license. However thankfully because of Mr. Berger’s expertise and lengthy experience I was able to get off lightly without any ...points and most importantly kept my drivers license! Money was also a a major concern for me heading into court. I was able to pay a reasonable low amount in fines, penalties and court costs that actually surprised me. Mr Berger’s reasonable flat fee to represent me was also very helpful as I already knew just how much I was going to pay after, our court appearance ended. Mr Berger was also very punctual and responded to my text messages and phone calls for any and all questions. Very convenient if you ask me! Most lawyers have secretary’s or answering machines that make getting in actual contact with a lawyer very tiresome and time consuming but not Mr Berger he will answer your text messages/phone calls in a timely matter. If I could pick or recommend a lawyer for anyone in Ocean County facing traffic/moving violations it would definitely be Mr Berger! Thank you sir!

Ticket violation

It as such a pleasure working with Mr. wBerger My husband got a ticket for leaving the scene of a accident that happen in a grocery store parking lot we weren't aware we hit the car it was minor damage Mr Berger got the charges reduced to a no point ticket and a minimal fine it took alot of stress of...f of us And his fee was very reasonable I would highly recommend him
