Excellent DUI Lawyer. I highly recommend him, very talented. Wins cases by aggressive representation.

I highly recommend Robert C. Wolf, Esq. of Westmont, NJ as a DUI lawyer. I found him to be very knowledgeable of the DUI laws and during my court defense; he was right on point with the facts & the laws. He aggressively represented me to get the charges dismissed. His pleadings to the judge were e...xcellently presented. They were clear and precise. He is a “well-spoken” lawyer. I was charge with refusal and DUI after an accident. I was a passenger and the driver told police that I was driving. I was innocent of both charges. Through the diligence of Robert C. Wolf, Esq. and Brian DeCosmo, a private investigator, both charges were dismissed. They bull doggedly went to go to court in my defense 4 times & I could not of asked for better representation. And I can’t say enough about Brian DeCosmo too. He investigated the accident, talked to the arresting police officer and deposed witnesses to the accident. This was extremely helpful in getting my charges dismissed. Thankfully I had the right lawyer and private investigator. I am a lucky person considering the possible loss of license, surcharges and fines. And how reasonably the fees for Mr. Wolfe and Mr. DeCosmo services were or I would not been able to afford my defense. I want everybody to know about these guys who find themselves in my desperate position. They can help! Catherine

The best

I thought I was done for before I met robert. Robert gave me individual attention and worked around my situation with great effort. Robert was very professional, realistic and knows what he is doing. He is very familiar with the process and produced results. Nothing is better to hear than "you're cl...eared!" Hire this man. Thanks Robert!

Great Representation & Best Results!

Atty. Wolf is dedicated, caring, and highly-skilled. He is definitely the lawyer you want on your side during a difficult time. Atty. Wolf represented me after I was charged with shoplifting. Never Gives Up

Our son was facing two counts of major, major first degree armed robbery charges, and our son could not have been in better legal hands. When you're in this situation, as our son was, you are totally relying on your attorney. As the case went on, our trust and confidence in Mr. Wolf's legal abilit...y was tremendous. He was like, If this doesn't work, we'll try this. If that doesn't work, we'll try that. Extremely knowledgeable. We were told by family and friends, go with a public defender. Yeah, right. No way was a public defender going to put the time and effort that we witnessed for our son. In his courtroom presentations, very knowledgeable, professional where family members were like, good thing you didn't go with a public defender. Mr. Wolf never promised us anything, but I can honestly say he fought all the way up to where we had a slim chance. He never, never gave up. My son received the best, best possible outcome absolutely because of Mr. Wolf's efforts.

Simply the Best!

I was referred to Robert by one of his partners, who is a personal friend. I was facing charges for a DUI. Having a high BAC meant I was looking at a loss of license for 7 months, an Interlock device on my car, high fines, etc. After my first meeting with Robert, I was instantly confident in his a...bility to see that I had the best possible outcome. He listened, explained the procedure, and was always available for questions. He never told me what I should do, only made recommendations (good ones!). As a result of his legal expertise, I was able to get my Tier-2 DUI down to a Tier-1 and only lost my license for 3 months. No interlock device, lower fines. I highly recommend Robert Wolf!
