Some observations: - Pete is a good guy and very personable - He knows the law, and as importan...tly, he knows the judges and how the courts operate - He will thoroughly prep for litigation, but will seek to negotiate a satisfactory solution without having to go to court - He will be totally honest with you. He will let you know when the law is on your side and when it is against you. - He will let you know the strength of your case and recommend actions to make it stronger - He will inform you of the tradeoffs with proceeding with litigation versus settling - He will listen to your input and answer all of your questions - While he can't guarantee a result, he will try to give you an estimate of the probability of each of the potential outcomes. Sometimes this is dependent on the judge hearing the case I was very satisfied with his representation!
