From the first day we met Jerry regarding our parents elder care needs he and his wonderful staff have always been attentive to our needs and the needs of our parents.He assigned an associate to handle our parents assisted living needs and she updated us monthly on any issues she thought were importa...nt. He also assigned another associate to handle our V.A. claim which took three years to finalize due to the V.A.'s terribly slow process .Finally, Jerry helped structure the family's estate by introducing us to a very good financial planner who was able to consolidate our parents assets into a trust which allowed us to pay for there remaining health and funeral expenses.

Jerry Rothkoff did an Life Care Plan plan for my father. I gave him a $10,000 down payment and my father went into hospice one month later. He was slow returning my calls. For one month of minimal service he charged me $4,750!!!!!! After he told me he would be fair with a refund if my father passed a...way soon rather than later.

We were referred by Camden County Department of Senior Services following a request for elder care attorney in Cherry Hill. Upon confirming our appointment, the staff disclosed the initial consultation fee and stated that the final fee for services would be presented in the form of an a la carte menu... of services tailored to our specific case, of which our initial fee would be applied. During our initial discussion with Jerold, he announced that "our specific case" would require only his full menu of services and that there would be no possibility of selecting specific services that could be offered. He then apologized for the lie his staff told us and demanded his $400 fee. During our consultation, he elaborated on the recent double suicide of a senior couple in Marlton, NJ who had been his clients for the past five years. He stated that this outcome, was a successful representation of his holistic approach to elder care through his firm. We found this story bizarre and we found him to be arrogant, obnoxious and not willing to disclose any advice or a path forward for our situation.
