Their social service associates spent time understanding my mother's situation in her home and offered numerous helpful suggestions. They were also very kind to my mother in stressful times and earned her trust where few others have been able to do so. Now that my father is on Medicaid and in the right facility, I am very satisfied that he is in good hands where he is.
