At the conclusion of the call, I was advised to reach back out if the issue persists after my current orders. That recommendation was confusing, as it raises the question of why I would return to a firm that indicated they could not effectively handle the matter in its current form. Based on the overall experience, I would not have chosen to move forward with this firm regardless of their decision.
