Over the past few years, Nan has been a trusted advisor for a multitude of situations pertaining to my private practice. I have found her to be very approachable and willing to spend time understanding the concerns that I have had. She has most recently helped me negotiate the sale of my practice an...d was a great advocate on my behalf. This most recent situation was very stressful and filled with unexpected hurdles, but she was a great sounding and was a calming voice in my ear. Nan always responds to requests for policies and/or guidance and does so in a timely manner. I use her as a resource and counselor when creating policies and monitoring adherence to policies to avoid legal consequences with staff or patients. She has advised us specifically but not limited to HIPAA... and OSHA requirements as well as unruly provider behavior and legal matters regarding IT.
