I hired Mr. Marchese do civil case and we went in way over confident and didn’t not file timely. He should have told me he was too busy with other cases to take mine, I would have gone elsewhere.
While this poster used a name "Robert," he did not use a last name and might as well be anonymous. There is no such Robert I've represented in recent memory with poor results. Further, the two Roberts that I did represent recently were perfectly happy with what I did for them. None of them I represented in Civil matters. This poster is a fraud.

Bad idea
Hiring this guy made matters worse for me. He isn’t out for your interest rather your dependency on him once he digs you in so deep and now your on the hooks for his bill. I hired him but it wasn’t worth the trouble.
This poster was never a client. I never represented him. He is a disgruntled pro se adversary in a past case. Anonymous posts should never be given any credence.
