No stars not an option
Money pit attorney ! Filed needles rejected motions till I couldn’t afford anything else. Not happy and did not receive intended results
This post is from someone who is NOT, nor ever was, a client. I currently have no "Johns" as clients. It was posted at nearly 4AM in the morning which leads me to believe that it is an attempt to fraudulently disparage my name and reputation.

Ecstatic with our results
Mr. Marchese has been representing our family over the duration of 10 years. We have once again won a case against a disgruntled landlord who refused to provide basic necessities while renting a property. The continued success will have us using him for any/ all matters!!! Very happy with Marchese La...

Too Small for Difficult Case
One-man firm, too small for difficult, intense case. Attorney did not provide medical expert witness with medical file (900+/- pages) in attempt to obtain Affidavit of Merit, until being in possession of records for approx. 16 months. Medical "expert" provided email only WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING...
I am not certain that this was a client because the post-er is anonymous. Not knowing, but guessing, I will say that the "medical expert" in question, a well seasoned doctor, absolutely had all records and also had a detailed synopsis from a reputable Medical Records firm. The doctor couldn't provide an Affidavit of Merit because he believed that there was no case in medical malpractice. Sometimes that happens. Not all treatment issues patients endure in hospitals rise to the level of malpractice. If this is the same case I'm thinking of, the Plaintiff, my client, was a heavy cigarette smoker most of his adult life and the complications experienced in the hospital the doctor believed were tangential to significant damage to his respiratory tract due to the smoking, and not a deviation from accepted standards of medicine by any treating doctor -- no malpractice.

Costly
He took the long and hard way and failed. I hired him for a case and he filed so much paperwork that it was denied. And I paid for it all with nothing to show in the end. Would not recommend.
This poster was never a client. I never represented him. He is a disgruntled pro se adversary in a past case who continues to troll me on this platform. Anonymous posts should never be given any credence.

Too small
I had a review that was here before that posed years ago , and now it’s gone? Don’t know why but now I have even less confidence. I hired marchese for a medical malpractice and he fails to provide documents timely.
This commentary is a sham. It is based off of a review that was removed because it violated Avvo's terms of service. Anonymous posts should never be given any credence. The author of this post should reveal him/her self, otherwise, it should be voluntarily removed. That said, I invite the author of this post to contact my office to discuss what it was that was troublesome about the representation, as to wit and to date, I have not been made aware of an issue with a medical malpractice matter.
