I own a property in NJ and tried to manage it from out of state. I recently had a major tenant issue where the tenants just refused to pay citing problems with the house, while delaying the appointments with contractors. I tried to contact several attorneys via email, voicemail and messaging. S...ince I was not in NJ, I really needed someone whom I can trust and unload the stress off me. I actually left my first message on Saturday and Mr. Kramsky contacted me right away. I have another case with Mr. Kramsky where I am suing the real estate agents who handed over the keys to the above tenants without securing the move-in deposit in certified funds. I am hopeful that he will be successful in this case as well.

Sadly, we were one of the families in jeopardy of losing our home. The real estate market fell apart, and we lost all of our equity. We weren't able to get a loan modification and got behind on the payments. We started working with the lender but got nowhere. We were running out of time and had t...o act fast.
