They were diligent in their reply to all my emails and to my sellers attorney. They very well negotiated the contract and had a extremely quick closing and title agency ...group. The whole process from contract negotiation to closing completed in 3 weeks. This would not have been possible without Kramsky's super professional team.

I was selling my property in a transaction that involved a builder as the buyer and 3 separate properties so there were many issues coordinating all the parties. With all the issues that came up, every item was handled and i was kept up to date on the status of the closing. This was not straightfor...ward but the whole law firm did a great job!
