Sadly, we were one of the families in jeopardy of losing our home. The real estate market fell apart, and we lost all of our equity. We weren't able to get a loan modification and got behind on the payments. We started working with the lender but got nowhere. We were running out of time and had t...o act fast. I talked with several attorneys who all wanted me to file bankruptcy. I've never filed bankruptcy and don't have much debt. So I really only wanted to consider that as a last resort. My gut told me to keep searching, that there would be someone who could help. I did another search for Real Estate attorneys and found Les Kramsky. After meeting with him, I put together the paperwork he requested and dropped it off. They said they would contact my lender and let me know. Well, found out days later that Les Kramsy got the lender to agree to a loan mod! Am hopeful we can work something out that's affordable. But at least for now, we won't lose our home.

When an opportunity to purchase a specific property that checked a lot of our boxes came up, we were very excited. His own real estate broker background/experience was a big plus (and a must for us). Once we formally engaged Les Kramsky, he was there for us every step of the way, helping to review complicated and lengthy real estate documents, articulate his thoughts or concerns when they came up, give strategic pricing negotiation advice, respond to our emailed/telephoned questions/requests in a very timely manner, personally following up with the title company when we started experiencing delays there, and really just navigating us throughout the whole process very smoothly, resulting in us being able to close on the property as originally planned.
