grateful parents

Tara handled a drug ct case involving our son. She was great and always available when we needed questions answered. Our case was complexed but Tara was able to have our son reinstated into the drug ct program as opposed to serving time in state prison. Will always be grateful that our son has th...is last opportunity to complete the program. Thank you Tara for making this possible. Highly recommended, excellent lawyer

Amazing Attorney

I retained Tara back in September of 2012 for a possession charge. Tara got that dismissed. A couple of months later I got a criminal mischief charge in January which also ended up being dismissed. Tara has not once let me down. The worst of charges were brought against me in March when I got two 3rd... degree for conspiracy of theft and theft of a motor vehicle. I went to freehold with Tara as my attorney yet again. Honestly did not know what to expect as I never experienced the court process in freehold. Tara reassured me that she would take care of it and that's exactly what she did. The felonies were dropped to a little misdemeanor and the relief of not having any felonies on my record felt great and Tara is the only one I can truly thank for that. I would highly reccomend Tara to anyone who is seeking an affordable and great attorney.

If you don't retain Ms. Breslow, you're crazy.

I have had a client/attorney relationship with Tara Breslow for over a year, which started off with a 2nd degree assault on a police officer along with other felonies, and the only thing that came out of it was a DUI and entrance into the Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) for the remaining 2 FOURTH degre...e charges she shrunk them too. Now Ms. Breslow is not your typical (sales like) attorney where she makes promises. She will tell you like it is, the seriousness of you're charges, what you may be facing, and will take it one step at a time. She is firm, to the point and will tell it like it is even if you don't want to hear it, and a GOOD attorney operates this way. She doesnt want you to relax which many attorneys have you do just to get your money and feel confident that they'll make everything just go away. She makes you clear and understand what your facing. HOWEVER, you will almost indefinitely start to see your charges magically get reduced or even disappeared as time goes by. Some of her work on your case she will let you know about but she will do many things behind the scenes to dismantle BS charges and will identify any oversights in your charges before you even get to court! She is very thorough, detail oriented, persistent and will respond to your questions or concerns promptly. Most importantly, Ms. Breslow is a "PTI expert". She knows how to guide you through the bureaucratic maze of the PTI process, and I will tell you, she will be tough on you as to exactly what you need to do, and some to ensure you have the best chances to get into PTI. If you or a loved one made a mistake in the law which many of us good people occasionally do, call HER for a consultation, and her fees are very reasonable By the way. You will not walk out of her office without retaining her. If you do, you are flat out crazy. She is the ultimate tool you need to restore you or your loved one's life, career, and social stigma. Look no further, give Ms. Breslow a call and retain her immediately.

Excellent Attorney !!!!! 5 Star !!!!!

Mrs Tara Breslow helped me with a removal from the New Jersey Sex Offender Registration ... She was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced... While searching for the right Lawyer (Via internet search) Her experience in this matter is what guided me to her. She was more than accommodating where othe...r Lawyers didn't want the case. She made sure that every avenue was covered before she took my case, all this before any money was taken.... I couldn't have had any better representation and am truly blessed to have found her ..........

Terrific

Tara recently handled a a Drug DWI and reckless driving matter for me. She is great and was always available when I called. Through the use of an expert witness report she was able to get the DWI dismissed without having to go to trial, saving me the embarrasment and stigma of a DWI, and reducing my ...license suspension from a possible twelve month suspension, to only two.
