Tara is incredible!

Tara is seriously the best. Got me out of a real mess, facing 2nd DUI in a tough court with difficult prosecutor. Strongly recommend. Do not hesitate, hire her immediately.

Excellent Results

I hired Tara Breslow as my defense attorney for a serious criminal charge this January. It was a charge I was in fact innocent of but very hard to prove and was told by almost everyone that I would have no choice but to plead to a lower felony and cut my losses. I hired Tara primarily because of the ...good reviews she had here on Avvo and her reputation for getting results, as well as her relationship within the Monmouth County Superior Court where my case was handled. Tara gave it to me straight. She didn't try to comfort me but she also didn't beat around the bush. Initially I was very worried about what would happen but I continued to trust her. She told me what to do each step of the way and as of 2 days ago the felony case against me was dismissed and the case was resolved with a petty disorderly persons plea, an outcome that I was told would never happen. Tara's reputation delivered.

Dynamic, knowledgeable and will fight and work 1000% for you and the best outcome!!!

My young adult son found himself in an extremely serious legal situation, facing extremely serious charge(s) and many years in prison. While my son was in jail, we tried calling a few lawyers via telephone, left messages but no return calls. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Out of not ...knowing what else to do, I asked the officer at the county jail if they know of any lawyers to recommend. The officer handed me a few business cards and Tara Breslow-Testa’s was one of them. We called her and she responded immediately. She was eager to listen to the situation at hand. She was honest about our situation and what we were facing. She committed to helping us navigate our way through this terrible situation and the legal system. Ms Breslow also along the way, connected us with experts who were able to further help my son. Her connectedness, in valuable experience as a criminal defense attorney and expert knowledge throughout this process was exactly what was needed. She DOES NOT SETTLE and works tooth and nail on your behalf! She remained available, open and honest and in contact with us as the process carried on. Tara Breslow is the best in game. I was facing some serious traffic violations with loosing my license for 90 days. She represented me and got everything dropped to only 2 points.
