I met Pete back in the ‘80’s when I went to court to plead not guilty without a lawyer. The judge started reading me the riot act, and to my surprise, Peter stood up, interrupted the judge, and stated that he is now representing me. We did beat the case and had it reduced to careless driving. At that... time it was allowed to negotiate the charges. Because of this man’s ethical integrity, I have always referred him to my friends. I remember this like it was yesterday, even though it was 40 years ago.
