Mr. Detzky is a Professional, Caring, & Thorough Lawyer along with his Team

We were in a serious and very time sensitive situation regarding a law suit and debt that lead to the need to seek counsel regarding personal bankruptcy. We searched for a local attorney and reached out to a few before consulting with Mr. Detzky and his team. After meeting with them, they made us fe...el very comfortable that they could and would handle our case thoroughly and help us in every way that they could. After hiring Mr. Detzky and his team and they began working on our case right away. They treated us with so much care and respect, we really felt like we were in great hands the entire time. Even after our case seemed to take a multitude of twists and turns, Mr Detsky and his team; Odalis and Taylor walked us through every step of the way and made us understand everything that was happening. Our case turned out to be not such an easy one but Mr. Detzky and his team worked so hard for us to make sure we got the absolute best outcome possible. We could easily tell that the whole team really cared about us and how things turned out with our case. When seeking a law professional the experience and professionalism that Mr. Detzky displayed when working with us as clients was unmatched to anything that we could have asked for when hiring an attorney. If we are ever in need of a law professional again or need to recommend one, it would certainly be Mr. Detzky.

I highly recommend Mr. Michael L. Detzky

Mr Detzky is extremely kind, compassionate, considerate, thoughtful, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and informative, etc... in helping first my husband and now myself with our bankruptcy. Had I known he also handles home sale closings, we would have hired him to handle our closing when we sold... our house. If you are in need of a lawyer, call him to find out all aspects of the law that he handles and hire him if your situation falls within his expertise!! Miss Odalis Cifuentes who assists Mr Detzky is also extremely kind, considerate, understanding, and helpful, etc... and is a great asset to his office!!

Professionalism at it's Peak

Michael and his administrative staff are the ultimate professionals in his law practice. They welcome you with open arms as if they have known you forever and treat you better than family. Michael is up to date on case law and his passion to assist you and enhance your case shows in the court of la...w. I would highly recommend Michael for any of his practices of law. One consultation with him and you will feel like I did after my consultation, I have to hire this guy.

Very knowledgeable, excellent staff

Very knowledgeable, with excellent staff that follows up very well. Advocated very effectively for me. Can be a bit abrupt when discussing elements of the proceeding, but that is a very minor carp. The point of his services was to get results, and that is what he got.

A difficult situation made easier

As other reviewers have stated, filing bankruptcy is a very upsetting situation. Mr. Detzky make the entire process painless and kept me informed every step of the way. His assistant, Stephanie, is very personable and efficient. Mr. Detzky never made me feel embarrassed that I had to result to ban...kruptcy to solve my financial situation. I would recommend him without reservation.
