Horrible law firm, quick to take your money and even quicker to promise you a great outcome.. Lawyer I was given was a complete failure in every sense of the word. Was told to show up at places 140miles away for an appearance then found out it was a video appearance. Now I have a final appearance tod...ay and was told last night.. now I'm in trouble at work also. I would have gotten a better offer without a lawyer or a public defender I'm absolutely sure. I am in default on my mortgage to pay these spin artists to defend me and it seems they did the exact opposite.. I've had to hire a few lawyers over the years and this so called lawyer I was given Brian McCauley is the most incompetent and lazy one by miles!!! Avoid these people at all expenses they just want money and to do the least possible which usually involves you taking a bad deal!!!

I paid $2500 to this law firm for my defense. Friends helped me with the cost, but they took the money and did nothing. On the day of court, they switched lawyers, and ABRAHAM N. BASCH was unprepared. I never suggested anyone go to this law firm. They'll take your money but won't help. Please avoid t...hem. After losing my mom in August, my 2-year-old and I are homeless. The Spanish lawyer they assigned didn't know how to help, and now I'm struggling to find a job to care for my baby. If you value your well-being, stay away from this law firm. They didn't know about my community service, and I had to leave my daughter with friends. After each day, I ended up sleeping on the streets. This law firm only cares about money, not clients. I regret not choosing a better firm. I'm writing this review using a friend's phone, and I'm crying because I'm homeless.

We hired this law firm and they lost the case which was a restraining order case. They did not want to spend enough time with us to help prepare, so we went in half blind. The judge kept interrupting my lawyer and did not want to hear the facts. My lawyer did not push back well enough and caused the ...judge to miss relevant facts that would have won us the case. We were blamed for the loss and the firm did not take responsibility for it. To appeal. they wanted more money.
