I found the Weinberger Law Group through my brother's friend. I was put in touch with Rick Schneider as he was an attorney that handled my county. I had interviewed a few attorneys before Rick. When I sat down with Rick I knew in only a few minutes that he was the kind of attorney I wanted to use to ...handle my divorce. Rick was extremely attentive to my concerns and needs as I have 9 year old twins. I wanted to make sure that this was as stress free as possible so the kids would be affected as little as possible. He was able to take my thoughts and turn them into an agreement that was completed in the least amount of time possible. Rick and his staff are second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We paid a $5000 retainer which was used up within one month for just filing the cross motion leaving us in the negative over another $1000. I had to pay an additional $2000 just to go to court one time for a child support and parenting time in which I got screwed while he just stood there because he ...came to court unprepared and not ready to put up a fight in my defense. He did not know anything about my case after I supplied him with all the information and evidence necessary to use in my favor. He is complete rip off. Does not provide any face time unless it's to talk about money for him. Do Not Use Him unless you are ready to lose your money & lose your case. it sucks because I went all in to fight for my child and got railroad because of this lawyers .
