He has good communication skill sets

The judge took all of his suggestions as to how to move the case along with experts and others. He has a lot of uncommon sense that people find refreshing. I came to him because i was looking for a bulldog He showed me a different way to get things done. He told me it's more effective to keep the swo...rd in its scabbard than to wield it. He was right. Everyone knows he has a deep source of knowledge and it can be very intimidating and he can toss out legal authority like nobody's business. He lives this stuff. If you would like to feel protected and confident, you should consider hiring him.

He’s a genius.

We had what was supposed to be a four day hearing on remand from the appellate division. Curt was my second lawyer. It ended up going about 12 days. He turned things around for me because he was so good in the court room. He’s a genius.

Would Recommend

I have five kids. Mine was a Morris County case. It went to trial. My wife hired who she thought was a top attorney and he has been around for quite some time. The judge was very stern but very responsive to Mr. Romanowski’s technical arguments. By the time the trial was over, Mr. Romanowski had the ...walls papered with flip chart segments of testimony that helped me again and again. He destroyed my wife’s employability witness, but the judge had a bad experience with ours in the past, so that didn’t go well. We had a huge win. The other lawyer had some sort of computer readout that was an alimony program and Mr. Romanowski objected to it as hearsay and the judge agreed. The other guy didn’t know what to do at that point because it was so unexpected. At the conclusion, Mr. Romanowski told the judge that he didn’t have much of a closing statement because the judge was obviously following along. On the other hand, my wife’s lawyer insisted on reading from a prewritten statement that took him over 45 minutes on a Friday to read. Amateur vs Professional. Adversary actually complained that there was no video in the courtroom we ended up in because he wanted to show his scripted closing argument to his girlfriend. He had to be in his late 60s at the time.

Gave me Best Support Always

He’s a merciless cross-examiner. He’s so brilliant and has such a super memory that my husband didn’t realize he was getting increasingly more trapped in his testimony. He left him several times in positions where he couldn’t even answer questions. One of my favorite parts was when Curt would make an... important point he would casually glance over to the judge to underscore it and the judge would make a note.

Great mind

He was not my first lawyer. He came on my case after my former lawyer filed a motion that I pretty much wrote myself verbatim. He’s a scholar. He argued the motion from home because he was snowed-in. Wife’s lawyer was across the street from the courthouse in Morris county. Judge wanted him to tell he...r why we were not accepting the tentative decision and he replied that all the cases mentioned stood for the opposite of what they were put forth. Curt had her reversed twice on appeal. Once when he was still representing me and another time when he was acting as my legal consultant. Great mind
