This guy is a great person and honest. Frank doesn't promise you the world but gets it for you. In my youth i made bad decisions and when it was time for me to ex sponge my charges, which were pretty bad, Frank told me it will be tough but he thought he could make it happen. Well at first it looked ...like more of it not happening than happening but Frank told me to relax and that he is a fighter and was going to fight for me.
