I have known Frank Before He became Mr Carbenetti. I saw him following Mr Frank Luciano with a suit 3 sizes bigger then him he would pull the suit jacket back so the front would not hang so low. The shoes were 1-inch rubber soles from K-mart Lodi kid with a dream. His arms carried 4or5 law books thic...ker then his legs. I sit and wonder what is it with this kid.
