I met Mr. Artusa while I was in court after another motion I brought in my divorce case was denied. I met with him in his office for a consultation and he was very understanding and offered me tips. Once I hired him, my case, although still difficult because of my husband's demands and his unreasonab...le attorney, I was able to get the most important aspects of my case ironed out and I am very happy for that.

I got a divorace about 1 year ago and spent about 45,000 on my case with a firm I am still fighting with over fees. First, it is a shame I must give 1 star to Mr. Artusa. This attorney deserves zero or negative stars. After Mr. Artusa and I parted ways, I found another attorney who is way more respectable and has an amazing reputation. My new attorney in one day was able to accomplish more than Mr. Artusa in... one year. Here is the story: Mr. Artusa will quote you a flat fee. DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. After you pay him - he then hits you up for $$$ and threatens not to do any work. He loves doing this before settlement panel or before you must appear in court. Mr. Artusa stated in September 2012 he would be able to settle my divorce by December 2012. By July 2013 -Mr. Artusa has not done anything on this case. Even when the opposing attorney said to Mr. Artusa to contact him to settle - Mr. Artusa doesn't reach out to him. Whenever you have a question Mr. Artusa will not respond or return a call. I have called the office from outside the building and was told Mr. Artusa is not in his office. Immediately after being told or while the secretary is on the phone - I have walked into his office and he is sitting there at his desk.

My husband left me with our four children after 14 years of marriage, without one dime in the bank account. I met Santo and Cindy and they calmed me down and we filed for divorce and for an emergency hearing because I was being evicted. We went to court and the judge granted us what we sought and the... case continued from there. I was able to get another apartment and spousal support, child support.
