After reading the good reviews online I decided to use the firms services, and presenting my case to Michael. He told me multiple times that I have a strong case, and he left a good impression so I have decided to trust him and use his services. I have spent a lot of money and time (several months...), I asked him for an update regarding the lawsuit over an email with no response. And then, came his vacation, his classes that he teaches, and other errands that prevented him from responding to me, yet not from charging of course. Finally after reaching him over the phone (few months into the case) he has reminded to tell me that the lawsuit that he charged me for several months is not his field of expertise. Meaning he legally cannot represent me which is the reason for hiring him in the first place. When I asked him why didn't you tell me that its NOT YOUR FIELD OF PRACTICE! Why did you take my case! YOU WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY! He argued that we should agree to disagree and blew me off. Beware from his opinions! Hiring him requires another lawyer to check that he is doing is job right!
