Before I found Mr. Polak my case was upside down, I didn’t know what else to do because my previous lawyer had told me I couldn’t travel or had to wait a long time to fix my issue, after a first visiting with him he told me all my rights and from there I was able to travel, and keep my status legally... presentable till finally I had my victory which I am very thankful for work and dedication.

I was in a immigration mess for over 10 years and by the time I had a chance to adjust my status, DHS blocked it and I was detained due to my prior deportation order.
