Mr. Mark was retained to help me prove that I was wrongly accused of a VOP in Essex County. The entire probation board was insistent I had never even shown up once, did not do all I had been sentenced to, & had incarcerated me for this 8 years later. Originally the judge didn't even want to release... me after I'd done a month waiting to see him. Mr. Mark was able to convince the judge to give me a chance to gather the proof I needed to prove my innocence, as well as return to my child, whom would've been left without childcare , opening a much bigger can of worms. Once we reconvened, the proof we had was vast & the probation board still was insistent on subpoenaing former PO's & that I was at fault.
