Lloyd and his team are BEYOND OUTSTANDING. He is a great person who actually cares for his clients. Very honest and to the point, which i found extremely necessary and very much appreciated. Lloyd is always VERY willing to help, guide, and advice from consultation on. He makes you feel very comfor...table with subjects that can be difficult. Very prompt and precise with answers to any questions and is always available. Willing to share knowledge to make sure one understands everything that is going on and why it is going on. I would recommend his service to anyone for he truly helps. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Thank you for all the help.

Above and Beyond with Expertise and Compassion

Working with Yolanda was a 5 star+ experience. From our initial consultation, it was obvious that she was an expert on immigration law and very passionate about her work, so without hesitation, my partner and I hired her to guide us through an adjustment of status. The process was a year long journey..., and Yolanda was with us every step of the way. She always took our calls and returned our e-mails promptly, addressing every question in depth. Our meetings, whether in person or on the phone, were efficient but never rushed. By the time we had our interview at USCIS, we were extremely prepared, and thanks to Yolanda, the interview was smooth as could be. The Very Best - - - - Why Settle For Less?

I retained Lloyd Bennett in 2014 to help get a Green Card for my spouse who was in the DACA program. Lloyd and his associate, Sarah, were very knowledgeable and efficient. They also realize that the process is stressful for their clients and are attentive and patient. We were very impressed by how th...ey were always available to answer questions. Emails were always answered in less than 24 hours. They strive to relieve the stress and worry plus they get the result you want. Within 4 months of the date that the application was filed, we had a hearing in Newark and a week later my spouse received a temporary Green Card. Twenty-one months later they filed an application to make the Green Card permanent. Ordinarily this requires another hearing but the Bennett firm was so complete and persuasive in their filing that a permanent Green Card was issued 11 months later without another hearing. Results! That is what counts. After 3 years with a Green Card, a spouse can become a citizen. Lloyd Bennett and his associate, Yolanda, prepared an application for naturalization and filed it last month. That process can take up to a year but they seemed to have worked their magic again. Just 15 days after the application was filed, a Form I-797C was received and my spouse was scheduled to have Biometrics taken. Outstanding and Skillful

Mr. Bennett is a great lawyer and one of the friendly and caring attorney's within the country especially with my experience with him on my immigration case. He got me out of removal proceeding and at the time I see him as a friend not a legal representative.
