Responsive!

Lloyd helped me submitting a status of change to obtain a marriage-based green card. I had to quickly change the status due to the expiration of my H1-B and found him online mid October 2019. We submitted the application right before X’mas and received a green card at the end of October 2020. The who...le process took one year, it’s pretty good right? Of course you need to work hard compiling all the documents you need to submit and you may need a little luck during the pandemic, but most importantly, I only could have done this because Lloyd guided me through the whole journey. I believe he is easy to work with and has a great knowledge and experience in immigration law. Lloyd’s associate Yalitza Maldonado was also always available to assist and answer any question that we had. Lloyd responded to my email almost always within a few hours to one day and was available for me on the day of GC interview via phone. I highly recommend!

Stayed with Us Through Our Whole Journey

Anyone who has gone through obtaining a green card knows that it's an extremely long, tedious and time consuming process which would be terrifying to have to go through unassisted. Myself and my (non US citizen) wife hired Lloyd to help us navigate it as we had gotten married after living abroad ...in Dubai for a number of years. After close to two years, and a worldwide pandemic, my wife and I have finally been able to enter the country and it's all thanks to Lloyd. He confidently guided us through the entire process from start to finish from the other side of the world, and we've never even met in person! Review of NJ Attorney Lloyd Evan Bennett

I was referred to Lloyd Bennett by my boss who is an attorney in New York. I retained him to commence a personal injury lawsuit regarding a trip and fall accident wherein I fell on a defective sidewalk in front of a corporate office building in Jersey City and broke my shoulder in two places. Mr. Be...nnett was able to obtain an exceptional settlement very quickly and before I had to travel from my home in Brooklyn, NY to Jersey City to give deposition testimony or to see any of their medical doctors. Needless to say I was very pleased with this expeditious and exceptional result.
