Rick Schneider and the Weinberger Law Group Team - BEST OF THE BEST!

Rick Schneider, Weinberger Law Group, is an excellent attorney, an outstanding professional, and a truly honest broker. I consulted four attorneys prior to retaining Rick. When I met him I was insistently at ease and comfortable… it felt like I was talking to a family member. Highly intelligent,... with the essential knowledge and interpersonal skills of a consummate professional, I found him to be immediately perceptive and understanding of the situation. He helped me establish realistic and honorable expectations; taking into account not only what I desired but what was best for my children. He also kept me honest when dealing with my spouse… a streak of integrity which is rare today and I that I found refreshing. His unswerving ability to negotiate fairly and calm the other side while simultaneously delivering above all established expectations was PRICELESS. By the time my divorce was settled, I really felt like he was my fourth brother and not just my lawyer!

Thank You WLG!

I have the highest respect and confidence in Bari Weinberger and the Weinberger Law Group. While the break up of a long-term marriage can blind side you, and bring with it so many concerns and demands, divorce can actually be calm, organized and achieved in a mutually agreeable manner, believe it or ...not. This may not apply to everyone, but Bari and my case attorney Alison (Schmieder) Dunn were willing to support me in pursuing this course. WLG are top notch, informed, well-practiced attorneys and experts in the field – you need this. Looking back over our working relationship, it is astonishing how far we came to bring me peace of mind, stability that I could share with my children and family, and ultimately a peaceful final agreement. Excellent lawyer - the gold standard

I went to Bari after my Divorce lawyer made significant errors in submission of evidence, was yelling at me, prolonging the case, failing to show up for court, showing up late for court inflating legal fees and made a mess of my trial and was dismissed. The judge forbade me to seek alternative couns...el, stating that the case was 'too old' and that I would have to represent myself. My advise if you have a feeling you lawyer isn't doing you justice then change them. I'm sure if I started with Bari I would have finished my case a year ago. Bari was very obliging and helpful in her guidance and enabled me to present my case. She quickly understood the merits and evidence of the case and you simply can tell she is very intelligent and I a solid litigator. I was able to compile a large amount of supporting evidence my previous lawyer ignored and did not obtain during discovery. She also answered alot of my 'obvious' questions without making a face or looking at me like I knew nothing. Unfortunately it should be know that judges have bias against ProSe defendants and despite offering solid irrefutable evidence the Judge made a biased decision. My new evidence was not allowed (bias) and the judge seemed like she wanted to teach me a lesson not to self represent. So as I move forward with new options I'm going to my coach in the first trial and she I'm sure will provide competent representation that I don't have to worry about. Given that she heads a large firm at such a young age, I would expect that she holds this standard to her employees and the same solid work ethic combined with an actual compassion for her clients rather than a compassion for their wallet like my previous attorney. Seriously she should have 6 stars.

Best Divorce Lawyers in New Jersey

I met Bari through a friend several years ago so when it came time to retain a lawyer for my divorce I knew exactly where to go. Dianna Cavaliere handled my case. From beginning to end, I felt as if I was in the best hands possible. She took the time to explain everything to me, and I always heard ba...ck from her in a timely manner whenever I had questions.
