An attorney who looks out for your best interest

Bari and her staff are very hard working and knowledgeable. They always made me feel like I wasn’t just a dollar sign or just a number. There were many times when Bari and one of her associates would give me other options less costly and less aggressive to help me resolve my issues outside of lit...igating them in court. This is the complete opposite of my previous attorney who would suggest very aggressive stances to get only a marginal benefit but having cost me tens of thousands of dollars to accomplish it. Bari and her entire firm focused their efforts entirely on what was best for not only me and my son, but also my pocketbook. I have used some very well know attorneys who specialize in divorce and family law and I have to say that Bari and Weinberger Law Group have been the best ones I have found hands down. I hope I won’t need another New Jersey family law attorney but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate in calling Weinberger Law Group.

Family first lawyer

I found Bari and her team to be extremely ethical. They truly put my family first. When I came to her office at the outset responding to a claim of divorce hoping to reconcile, she immediately called my wife's lawyer and advocated to try and see if we could look to reconcile before moving forward. ... Who does that? She remained as decent and honest throughout and was extremely responsive and on point with her counsel. I owe a great deal of debt to her for what she did to help preserve my place in my children's lives. She is an outstanding lawyer and I would higly recommend her to anyone looking for the best person in New Jersey to represent you through what is one of the toughest experiences of your life. Additionally be sure to review all of the information Bari puts out their on her website to help you improve your understanding of the whole process as well as issues that arise. It is an excellent resource.

Smart and considerate

Bari gave me good advice and guided me through the divorce process. She advised me when I was giving my wife too much and was correct in her judgement. As for billing for her services, I thought she was fair.

Excellent attorney

Ms Weinberger and her firm helped me deal with a very difficult divorce situation. They are professional, compassionate and effective. I was very fortunate to have Bari help me through a painful situation in my life.
