Very Professional

Rupal Parikh is one of the top immigration lawyers. She is easy to contact and is always available to answer my queries. She has done a great job in helping me get my Green Card. It was a very long process, but she was always there to support me and legally advise me on each step of my application. R...upal Parikh was truly there for me from the get-go. My case was very difficult, but not only did she solve the problem, but everything in my case was resolved in a quick and efficient manner. Throughout the entire process I was notified of all actions being taken, and no detail was spared. Rupal is very caring and treats her clients like she would treat a lifelong friend. I am retaining her for suture US Naturalization application. While most lawyers are cost savvy, Rupal’s main interest is finding a resolution. Rupal is very professional and has sharp intelligence in giving legal advice. Rupal used every possible tool to help me with my case. I can’t be more thankful and lucky I found Rupal Parikh when I needed her guidance the most. It is because of her legal support I can call my Family from India to USA and start a new life. I strongly recommend Rupal Parikh for your immigration matters.

It was amazing working with you

Following my marriage to a US Citizen in 2015, I hired Rupal in October 2016. I needed her to obtain for me a Green Card, after being 17 years under “Withholding of Removal”. Before I met Rupal, I spent a lot of money on consultations with other lawyers in NJ. Despite gladly taking my money, none o...f them seemed able to gave me a clear view of how I could actually win my case. All these failures with so many lawyers showed me that none of them had any clue about, or any familiarity with the term “Withholding of Removal” or what it really means. I met Rupal by referral (very cozy, and welcoming office). I am so glad that I was given this introduction. Rupal listened to my history and to the analysis of lawyers in California who in 2003 had helped me obtain my legal “Withholding of Removal” status and the big chances to obtain an AOS. She agreed with the strategy, and we started working hard in New Jersey, in the following order: I-130, I-485, RFE, I-601 based on INA § 212(h), Green Card arrived, re-opening and termination of “Withholding of Removal”. Working with Rupal was an amazing experience. She was not just a lawyer, but was a good friend genuinely concerned about my case. It was never easy, but thanks to Rupal making sure that every detail was handled with perfection, USCIS was finally satisfied with the many issues involved in my particular case. Finally, as result of Rupal’s good offices, my case was won in June 2019. She was aware that my circumstances were unique and unusual, and consequently clearly took the extra time and trouble to meet me on many occasions to ensure that all the forms and documentation were perfectly completed so to cover all possible angles. Thank you Rupal. God Bless you. I will be grateful to you forever for such a happy outcome to such a very significant event in my life.

Fantastic Lawyer & Trustworthy

Great Lawyer and a worthy friend to have. Smart, Trustworthy and gives the right advise as it is. The best immigration attorney that I have ever worked with. I had a strange situation. I was stuck in a job which my friends said I should leave and it happened as they had predicted. I was very clos...e to loosing my job and also my legal status. At that time, Rupal gave me the confidence to move forward, stayed in touch at every point when I needed her. She also tolerated my very low esteem and confidence. That support helped me get job in tough times and then my visa filing had issues in it. My friends told me that an RFE is for sure coming and that it might also get denied. To my surprise, Rupal got my visa transfer done like a cakewalk. She is so good at what she does that she told me that I don't need to worry about anything anymore. She'd also has great strategy skills. Told what to do when I had issues with my ex- employer. She slso told me that I don't need any lawyer's help for my current situation and that we will fight it if it happens. Turns out all things are good for now. Rupal played s huge told in that. What a lawyer! The best I have met. Strongly recommended.

Thank you!

I highly recommend attorney Rupal Aristimuno to anyone who's seeking legal assistance in immigration questions. I applied for citizenship this past March, and my case was somewhat complex. The little issues I've had were mostly covered but given that every immigration officer is different I was d...oubtful and anxious over my case. I consulted with several attorneys in the New Jersey area who kept telling me that they need to schedule 3-4 appointments to thoroughly review my complicated case, to prepare me for the interview; some of them recommended to take over the case in order for me to successfully pass the interview and get approved. It was pretty obvious they wanted my money more than giving me a reasonable professional advice. Rupal Aristimuno was the first lawyer who said that I don't need any legal help, that I was able to prepare myself well enough and that I have a reasonable explanation to all possible issues that may come up. I only had one consultation with the attorney when I brought my N400 and the supporting documentation. Rupal reviewed the paperwork, made a few reasonable suggestions and fully answered all my questions. What I also value about immigration lawyers is the experience. After I talked to Rupal I learned that she handled many different cases and can honestly tell what the chances are to get approved. Since I was still very nervous about the upcoming interview at the USCIS office I asked attorney Rupal to be present during the appointment - for my own peace of mind. And it was absolutely worth it! The officer who interviewed me seemed a little harsh but I felt like the presence of my lawyer helped to smooth it out. I got approved! Rupal, my high respect to you for all you have done!
