LATE LAST YEAR, MY WIFE MADE VERY SERIOUS FELONY ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME AND MY FUTURE & FREEDOM WERE IN GREAT DANGER. HOWEVER, MY LAWYER, STEVE WUKOVITS, QUICKLY POINTED TO THE LACK OF EVIDENCE EXPECTED TO BE FOUND IN A CASE INVOLVING A AGGRAVATED ASSAULT. AFTER STEVE GOT COUNTY PROSECUTORS T...O DOWNGRADE MY CASE TO MUNICIPAL COURT, AT A FRI TRIAL, STEVEN THEN PROVED THAT NO ASSAULT OF ANY KIND TOOK PLACE. THEN AFTER STEVE FILED A MOTION TO DISMISS, HIS ASSOCIATE (MARC SPOSATO) CONVINCED THE MUNICIPAL PROSECUTOR AND JUDGE TO DISMISS THE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST ME. HONESTLY, I CANNOT THANK MY LAWYERS ENOUGH FOR SUCCESSFULLY HANDLING THIS DIFFICULT SITUATION FOR ME. BUT LIKE STEVE SAYS, WE’RE NOW FRIENDS FOR LIFE.

My son was involved in a serious fight at school, and since the other kid involved was a juvenile, my son was arrested and immediately charged with second degree aggravated assault.
