From the second I walked into the room with Mr. Wukovits for my consultation, I immediately felt at ease. He takes great care in getting to know you as a person first, then as a client. He is incredibly thorough and realistic with you in terms of what potential consequences exist and what to expect i...n the process. I was given a summons for hit & run with a potential punishment of loss of license, exorbitant fines, and license points. Mr. Wukovits was very professional in learning all intricate details of the case in order to present my defense. He worked diligently to come to an agreement whereby the offense was downgraded to failure to report an accident with zero points, zero loss of license, and only minimal fine. I recently was charged with a speeding ticket going 81 mph on a 50mph road. I was told by my family and several friends that I shouldn't need a lawyer and I should just go to court and fight it with a public attorney. I did not feel completely safe with that option.
