When I was charged with felony drug charges, including “intent to distribute offenses,” in the Essex County Superior Court, I reached out to my former attorney, who had resolved a small municipal court case for me. Following the case’s downgrade, Mr. Sposato then had the municipal prosecutor knock the charges down to a municipal ordinance. After having my past attorney COMPLETELY FAIL me and basically rob me of my money. I was referred to Mr. Wukovits by another attorney and I will promise you I had a set amount in my head that I would not go over while shopping for a new attorney but after seeing how attentive & compassionate he was ...I began doing everything in my power to hire him especially at a time in my case where time is definitely of the essence.
