Transparency Lacking, Complaints Were Necessary
I hired Rosenblum Law to handle a simple traffic ticket. After paying $599 upfront, I was met with poor communication, vague updates, and a clear lack of interest in my case. I provided a detailed statement with key context that could have affected the outcome — they ignored it. Weeks went by with co...
At Rosenblum Law, we strive to tailor our communication style and case strategy to the individual preferences of each client. At times, despite our best efforts, expectations may not fully align. I'm glad we were able to achieve a positive result in your prior matter, and our team was equally committed to helping with your current case. However, based on our recent discussions and in the interest of ensuring you receive representation that fully aligns with your expectations, I suggested that it might be appropriate to end our professional relationship. Given that your court date is several months from now, you would have ample time to secure alternative counsel. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered and processed a full refund, despite the work already completed on your case — an offer you accepted without further request. If you would still like to discuss this matter further, we remain available to speak with you at your convenience. Our goal remains to resolve any outstanding concerns amicably and professionally. Sincerely, Adam H. Rosenblum Principal, Rosenblum Law

FAILED: On 3 NYC Tickets
After reading nothing but raving 5-star reviews, I eagerly plunked down $1,350 total, (over a period of a year and a half for 3 different NYC tickets I got while driving for Uber in Manhattan), with the hope of saving myself 6 points on my driver's license. Since I was driving for Uber as my full ti...
While many of our cases are in locations where we can do our utmost to guarantee success because those areas permit us to negotiate a reduction, in NYC that is not permitted. That's why we told you - as you stated in your review - that the results are not guaranteed. The reason we make no representations about our "win rate" is because each case is unique and therefore we also don't want to mislead people about their real chances of winning or losing. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, you were found guilty by the judge all three times. That doesn't mean it's not worth fighting a NYC traffic ticket - after all, "you have to be in it to win it." If you plead guilty then you eliminate any chance of winning that you may have. And many of our clients do win and end up reaping the rewards of our skilled efforts. We therefore encourage any individual with a ticket - even in NYC - to contact us for a professional assessment of what we feel can be done. As in your case, we will be sure to explain the potential benefits and risks of taking the ticket to trial and will be fully up front and honest in so doing. - Adam H. Rosenblum

I am a Canadian resident and got three traffic tickets while visiting family in US. Two speeding tickets are (97/65) and (88/65) and one ticket is "follow...

Cell phone ticket reduced to ) points
I can't say enough about how well Attorney Adam Rosenblum handled my case. I was stopped driving through NY state for looking at directions on the GPS on my phone. The state I live in does not currently have a law against that and I do not text and drive. I was lost and looking at the GPS and was p...
