Speeding ticket in New York - Canadian plates

I got a speeding ticket on my trip to Pitsburgh from Toronto and did not know whom I should use. Saw great reviews for Adam Rosenblum on the net and hired him and he did a great job in earning my trust with good updates during the processing and then got me off with a zero point parking violation.

Completely saved my license

I was facing a speeding ticket with 6 points on my license. In a month Adam Rosenblum got my ticket dropped to a 0 point traffic ticket. No damaged drivers license , no increase in insurance. Completely satisfied with results. I will definitely use Adam again.

***** Highly recommended Rosenblum!! *****

81 mph in a 55 mph zone! = 42 KM over in West Seneca, NY! I am a Canadian Resident and unfortunately by law points transfer from New York to Ontario. 4 Points!! I was devastated and starting searching internet on what to do!! I saw all the amazing reviews and called Rosenblum the next morning. These ...guys did an amazing job reassuring me they would get points reduced if not waived with just a small fine. They are Reasonably Priced, Professional! My experience was seamless! I ended up paying small fine and Zero Points!! Holly A Hamilton, ON

New York State Move Over Law: Great Lawyer, Unconditional Recommendation

In March 2013, I was stopped on the New York State Thruway for a Move Over law violation. The circumstances were very questionable, so I looked for an expert attorney on the Web and was fortunate to find The Rosenblum Law Firm. They quickly set me up for a flat fee (far lower than a default plead... and the insurance rate increase from Points that would follow) and explained what to expect under the circumstances. They represented me at the first hearing (saving me a 2 hour drive each way), and when the officer who made the stop sent further documentation that did not match with the initial charge (and also changed his story), they had the charges completely thrown out: no fine, no Points, erased from history!! Their communications were prompt and spot on, from understanding my initial questionable circumstances to managing what I could expect prior to any hearing to grasping the changes in the officer’s story and the implications for my outcomes. They also went ‘above and beyond’ in getting the charges dismissed, and did not just sit back and accept ‘No Points’ only. I would recommend them unconditionally for any issue in their area of law.

IF YOU READ THIS TESTOMONIAL YOU WILL NOT NEED TO READ ANOTHER

If you are like me, then you understand the amount of skepticism that you feel when you order a product or service via the internet. It is very easy for marketing experts to develop a web site that can make the person look like he is a national hero when in fact he barely made it through college. I d...on’t design web sites for a living but I am a marketing expert and can understand that all it takes is a commitment on your part what you want to pay for such a site. Now Adam Rosenblum Esq. does indeed have a nicely laid out web site, and in my case for what I needed his site was the first to pop up on the screen. I have had my share of tickets in my life but for several years, many actually, I’ve had a clean record as did my wife. Living in North Jersey rates for insurance are pretty high. But not in our case, we pay very little for 3 car compared to everyone else. So coming home late from my NH location I got a ticket on the NY Thruway that was 19 over. According to the police he told me this is a 4 point ticket. The problem with that is that it’s with you for 3 years I believe. All it would take would be another 2 points and my good record would be equal to being a criminal in the eyes of the court. It becomes a bit intimidating to be made to feel like your driving record requires you to sit in a class with 16 years olds because you’re a bad person. So I responded to the web site information and to my surprise I received a call almost right away from Adam Rosenblum. I deal with many lawyers for other things and this is not a common thing to get a call this quickly. My immediate response was this guy needs to pay for marketing expenses and can use all he can get. He explained the system and how it works. He did not use any fancy language nor had a thesaurus in front of him. In the end he said “Jim you seem like a straight shooter. If I can’t get this reduced for you to either no points or at least the minimal I will give you back every cent. Now he had to phrase it that way because he did not know if I was telling him the truth or not. When he placed that kind of guarantee it reminded me of myself because in my business I do the same thing. That is putting your money where your mouth is. In my case the item in question run up to a half million or more so it’s phrased a little differently. “If I don’t do every single thing I’ve told you and you ever brought that to my attention then I would expect you to never ever buy from me again. When you have clients that are million dollar accounts you don’t make those statements so easily. So in Adam’s case, yes we are only talking about $100s here but those are not words you would ever hear from another attorney. What the price? He told me. I said no problem. He could have said more and it would not have mattered. When I paid him, I knew this man was going to get the job done. I placed the ticket in the file draw and in my mind it was a done deal. A few days went by and as expected, I got an email from Adam indicating all points are dismissed and charges dropped to that of a parking ticket. So Mr. Rosenblum does not need to spend thousands on a fancy web site. All he needs to do is publish letters like this one because this is probably only the 2nd one I’ve written in my life. Thank you Adam for all you’ve done. You are a man of honor. And to any of those reading this I can tell you that most likely you too can file that ticket away and consider it a done deal, unless you’re not being truthful and have a record a mile long. Respectfully yours, Jim Andersen
