I hired Abram Heisler during a very high-stress eviction and housing situation while trying to maintain stability for my children. He is awful! My husband paid him $1k for a landlord tenant case. The point of hiring a lawyer was to get things done fast and properly. Deadline was coming up and he was impossible to reach not even a secretary or para legal. Finally called back on the day of the deadline and said paperwork was all ...set. Come to find out paperwork was never filed! Once again could not get ahold of him still have no heard from him. All he did was waste our time and money which was exactly what we’re trying to avoid with the situation we were already in with a non paying tenant. This man should be disbarred.

orney Abram Heisler is a JOKE! Had a landlord Tennant case he agreed to take on for $1000…. Paid him $700 in cash with ALL documentation proving bed bugs in the apartment and how it was re-rented within 2 weeks while my lease was in effect. I wanted my 4,500 deposit back. He appeared in court and d...ecided to settle my case for 1,800 while I was incarcerated on an unrelated case. Upon my release two moths later I was looking for my 1,800 minus the 250 I owed him and was told he didn’t collect it and he can’t cause the LL’s attorney didn’t pay it. It would cost an additional $1k to sure them again to pay which would leave me with nothing…. Makes NO sense to me and I got NOTHING but excuses from him.

I hired abram heisler for an eviction case where I was being evicted from my affordable home, because it was slated for demolition for an apartment complex. With todays housing market I couldn't find any where to go, and needed to stick it out while i looked for housing. Mr. Heisler was recommended t...o me by 2 lawyers and a close friend. He was worth what he charged ten times over. He kept me in the house another year, and i got all my rent back for 2022 and a monetary settlement. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and receptive to what i needed from him. I wouldn't hire any other lawyer. And just to note other than the 2 lawyers and friend that recommended him, When i was at court I ran in to an old friends step father who is a lawyer, when I told him who was representing me he just said "You're in good hands", and to top it off he seems to have a great re pore with everyone at the courthouse.

Atty Heisler was referred as a specialist in tenant/landlord issues. We went and discussed our situation. He asked us simple questions which resulted in him knowing he could help us resolve our situation. There were three cases in total with our Landlord, all resolved in our favor due to the truth o...f the matter. I believe that those who do not think he has done right for them, in his representation for them, where asking for what could not be given. He will not got into court, knowingly to do wrong. If you wanted something you could not obtain from the court system, or wanted what could not be given - you should not have turned to Atty Heisler because he is not that type of Lawyer. The rule of the law, is the rule of the law. He can not change it for you or anyone, he will help you with it, that is why he is good at it because he will not go against it.
